WHY WE SELECTED THIS COFFEE
Maximiliano Garcia is a name that hardly needs an introduction—renowned for producing exceptional clean coffees from Peru year after year. We're thrilled to finally feature one of his coffees on our menu, especially one that so clearly highlights the depth and potential of Peruvian terroir. It's a good reminder that Peru deserves a spot among the world's top coffee-producing countries.
This washed Gesha stands out with a character all its own. While it offers the vibrant floral notes we expect from the variety, it's the layered complexity that really sets it apart—with juicy Asian pear sweetness, bright citrusy orange, and, as it cools, a delicate black tea finish that adds both elegance and intrigue. It's a beautiful, nuanced cup that is great to sip on for a daily light roast pour over.
