Their extremely isolated farm only grows bourbon and is situated at an altitude of 2,000 meters. Blessed with a tropical climate, it is possible for them to enjoy an excellent crop of coffee year after year. For Agustín, selective harvesting and shade drying are the keys to achieving the best results.
