After learning everything he needed to know about coffee production, Jorge inherited part of his father’s farm and bought a parcel of land from his neighbor. This plot of land became known as El Jardin.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFor this lot, cherries are first flotation sorted, then fermented for 24hrs in their mucilage.
