We selected this coffee as another quintessential representation of a delicious clean washed Ethiopian coffee that demonstrates the characteristic citrus sweetness and jasmine florals. This coffee also presents a very well balanced honey lemon tea flavor that make this coffee a pleasure to drink.
Producer Info
This coffee was produced by the Layo Teraga Coffee Producers Cooperative in the Guji Zone of Ethiopia. The cooperative was founded in 1976, and has provided smallholder members market access at more competitive rates. The cooperative is made up of 1814 smallholder members that grow coffee in gardens around their homes in semi-forested environments at an incredible elevation of 2,342m.
