Why we selected this origin

We chose this for its low acidity, smooth, and milk chocolate finish. It yields a very comforting full-bodied experience, that makes it an excellent choice for espresso and/or paired with your milk of choice.

Producer Info

We’ve had the pleasure to work with Roberto Rene González’s Finca Liquidámbar in the Guascotoro community of San Jose, La Paz in Honduras to highlight their care into clean and controlled processing. We recently met Roberto and his son and are excited to foster this relationship as they continue their family passion.

From our importer Royal Coffee: Balancing ecological sustainability and stewardship and commitment to quality are core to Liquidámbar’s principles. They implement growing practices and processing techniques (honey process) that reduce harm to the local environment and water usage, and in turn produce coffees with low acidity and creamy sweet flavors.
