Availability on Sundays to work at Cupertino Farmers’ Market from 8am to 1pm through September 2024
Commitment to joining the retail team when cafe opens in Q3 2024 as full time (32hrs/week) or part time (12hrs/week)

Responsibilities
Assist in setting up Farmers’ Market stall on Sundays starting at 8am, and running service through 1pm
Understand and be able to explain Moonwake coffee menu, vision, and mission thoroughly
Operate as cashier to receive and input customer orders, explain menu and answer questions
Connect with customers and provide recommendations and explain company mission, vision
Demonstrate customer and teammate empathy, to seek to address others’ needs
Think two steps ahead to foresee and/or mitigate customer and team issues, needs, etc.
Prepare drinks according to recipe and process
Prepare espresso, pull shots, and steam milk
Carefully and precisely brew pour-over coffees, and present and explain coffees to the customer - demonstrating thorough understanding of coffee brewing, processing, and sensory attributes
Serve customer drinks to highest level of quality and hospitality
Maintain clean and organized workstation
Eventually transfer these responsibilities and activities to the café roastery
